The Old Greenwich Consulting Group believes in full disclosure of compensation. We are a company who believes in helping our clients understand how we get compensated for the services we provide.
The Old Greenwich Consulting Group gets compensated one of two ways:
1. Brokerage Commission – This is a fee that is typically built into the insurance products being offered on a group basis. Typically this fee is added to the rates in the form of an expense. Our firm also may be eligible for an override based on the amount of business we have or written with a particular vendor. This number is not a guarantee and does not affect your rates. This will be disclosed on each marketing by vendor.
2. Consulting Fee – This is a fee that is pre-determined and agreed to by the client and The Old Greenwich Consulting Group. This fee is paid monthly. Nothing is added to the rates and no overrides or additional compensation will be paid by the vendor.
